Ubiflex 150mm (6") x 12Mtr Black non-lead flashing, is a true alternative for lead and can be used in all applications where lead is tradtionally used.

Ubiflex is light and easy to handle, and crucially it has no re-sale scrap value like lead.

Ubiflex can be fitted in runs up to 12Mtrs long before a joint is required, it can be worked in both directions and is even self sealing when punctured.

Ubiflex is non toxic and does not need to be treated, and doesn't stain surfaces, so is suitable for use with self clean glass.
