All branches now have a temporary trade counter so you can collect goods without a pre-booked collection slot. Our counters get busy so if you want to make sure you aren’t having to queue to be served and wait around whilst we pick your order please continue to place orders online.
We do have a card machine on our temporary trade counters so we are able to take card and cash payments
We are now able to offer our normal next day delivery service if you place your order before 10am
Orders placed after 10am will be processed and delivered in 2 working days
If there are any stock shortages we will contact you to try and arrange for an alternative product, or advise you on expected delivery date.
No Customers will be allowed into the depot at any time your orders and stock will need to be collected outside.
We are still under strict social distancing guidelines and where possible making sure a 2m gap is kept between all our staff and customers.
All orders in the following postcode areas are classed as local deliveries to General Building Plastics, and therefore will be delivered on our own transport.
All goods delivered by our own transport will be delivered in full lengths.
Orders placed for stock items before 10am will be delivered the next working day.

All local deliveries are FREE on orders over £50, and a charge of £5.99 +VAT will be applied to all orders that fall below that.
Orders in other postcode areas are classed as outside our standard delivery area and therefore will be delivered by courier. All products over 3 Metres long will be cut in half due to restrictions placed on us by our courier providers so check your order and add more unions or joints if needing to join.

Our courier costs start at £8.99 +VAT for orders up to 20Kg and rise according to weight thereafter.
For out of Area Deliveries when delivered by Couier:
When you receive your goods you must check them for damage before you sign for them. Once signed as received in good condition claims for damaged goods are not covered by our carriers's insurance company (signing as unchecked will not cover you). If goods are damaged on delivery replacement products can only be sent out if they are signed for correctly on receipt. If goods are damaged and have been signed damaged you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your goods to keep to the couriers terms.
**Updated COVID 19 temporary revised contactless delivery procedure**
If a proof of delivery is required, all couriers / drivers wherever possible, should place the parcel on the customer's doorstep / goods inwards area, ring or knock on the customers door as appropriate and then where safe to do so, retreat 2 meters away.
Once the door is opened and/or the courier is acknowledged, the recipient should be asked whether they wish to sign for the item as per the normal delivery process or whether they would prefer a contactless delivery.
In the event of a contactless delivery being requested where an item does require a signature, the driver will request the name of the recipient so it can be entered on the hand held device and then add CV at the end of the name. For example: J JONESCV.
